Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations to rent a llama and/or purchase a tour listed on ramshornllamas.com. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Ramshorn Llamas. By becoming a Ramshorn Llamas customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. Ramshorn Llamas has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Ramshorn Llamas encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
Your Eligibility
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use ramshornllamas.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Responsibility
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Notes, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Standard Reservation Process
- Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt by email. This Receipt does not guarantee availability.
- Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation`s confirmation.
- An itinerary will be sent to you via email after we confirm your reservation and all requirements & arrangements have been finalized for your tour/rental. Tour/rental details and contact information for your reservation will be included on your itinerary for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.

Travel Insurance
Ramshorn Llamas strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. Ramshorn Llamas does not currently offer any travel insurance arrangements.
Tour Amendments and Cancellation
Ramshorn Llamas will try their best to make sure all the tour/rental arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours/rentals, Ramshorn Llamas reserves the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours/rentals due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Ramshorn Llamas also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
Language
Tours are escorted by professional English speaking guides.
Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Further details about Ramshorn Llamas cancellation and refund practices are described in the Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Ramshorn Llamas Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approved of all its content before making an online reservation.
Airport Transfers/ Flight Information
Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour’s departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services cannot be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Ramshorn Llamas/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour.
Chargebacks
You hereby waive any objection you may have to Ramshorn Llamas’ use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or banks that issue credit cards should it be necessary for Ramshorn Llamas to respond to a chargeback. You agree that Ramshorn Llamas does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by Ramshorn Llamas. Your order may not be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instruct Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.
You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if Ramshorn Llamas can prove that the itinerary was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the itinerary was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by Ramshorn Llamas’ computer system, by fax (by providing a copy of the transmission record showing the fax was successfully sent to the fax number provided, by mail (by providing a signed statement by the person who deposited the itinerary in the United States Postal Service). You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes filing chargebacks claiming fraud if you claim the name of Ramshorn Llamas was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company confirming the charge is correct and should be paid and agree to send an email copy of this letter to Ramshorn Llamas, Attention: chargebacks, [email protected].
In the event legal action is necessary for by Ramshorn Llamas to collect money taken away from Ramshorn Llamas through a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay Ramshorn Llamas’ legal expenses if Ramshorn Llamas wins the lawsuit.
Medical Conditions, Pregnancy, and Travel
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if a medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand Ramshorn Llamas is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
Disabilities and Travel
We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. Ramshorn Llamas is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after reservation, that special accommodations will be provided per your request.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Ramshorn Llamas uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since costs are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by Ramshorn Llamas, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.
If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, Ramshorn Llamas will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the Ramshorn Llamas website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Fremont County, Wyoming and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within Fremont County Wyoming. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Ramshorn Llamas’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Ramshorn Llamas and the product providers or between Ramshorn Llamas and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on Ramshorn Llamas’ behalf.
